📦 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

🔁 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused
• Be in the same condition in which it was received
• Be in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, including orders for clothing in the wrong size.

💰 Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.

The refund will be issued within 5–7 business days using the same payment method selected at checkout. The refund amount will be evaluated based on the total value of the order.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been an error on our part.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.
